Sands is licensed to you under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which applies unless Sands provides its own end user license agreement. You can read the standard terms here:
Sands Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) or a one-time lifetime purchase, sold and billed through your Apple ID account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription any time in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
A free trial, where offered, converts to a paid subscription automatically unless cancelled before the trial ends.
